We’ve released a new book called Terroir by Jem Challender and the BH Education team. We’d like to invite you to the official book launch party we’re hosting together with our good friends at Coffee Island. The event will take place during the World of Coffee expo in Athens from 6–8:30pm on the 22nd of June.

Terroir is the first hardcopy book release from Barista Hustle. It’s a book that explores how terroir determines the character of a coffee and the success of a crop. Readers will learn about all the factors you can control and the steps you can take to support a sustainable coffee crop and produce a great-tasting cup.
